This machine differs from all other machines on the market for its sturdiness and perfect, silent operation. The robustness is given by the turned and ground stainless steel tank with a spherical background. The silence is given by two gearmotors with helical gears in special cast iron with steel pinion and ball bearings all in an oil bath for the movement of the bowl and the tool. The machine can be supplied with 2 motors with one or two speeds. It is equipped with accident prevention protection and a 24V low voltage electrical system in compliance with the law.
