This machine made of welded steel is suitable for laminating pasta and making it puffy. This is possible due to the differentiated speed of the 2 conveyor belts. The rollers are made of thick chromed steel, with upper and lower scrapers that are extremely easy to dismantle for cleaning the machine. This ease is also found in the assembly and disassembly of the conveyor frames. The machine is equipped with a pedal to control the two directions of travel and a graduated scale with relative handle stop for regulating the thickness of the dough to be laminated. Extreme working safety is provided by two protection panels and a 24V electrical system compliant with the law. It is equipped with 2 rolling pins, upper flour duster and flour collectors under the rollers and conveyor frames. Once the work is completed, the conveyor belts are raised to reduce the overall dimensions of the machine. The frames are removable on all sheeters.
