Machine particularly suitable for its ability to work both soft and hard dough quickly without heating it, thus benefiting the leavening and good outcome of the product. The machine is built in welded steel, extremely robust, which allows it to withstand any effort regardless of how thick the dough is. The silence is given by two gearmotors with helical gears in special cast iron with steel pinion and ball bearings all in an oil bath for the movement of the bowl and the tool. The tank is made of thick stainless steel. The machine is equipped with two two-speed motors. It is equipped with accident prevention protection and a 24V low voltage electrical system in compliance with the law.
