The machine is built in welded steel, extremely robust, which allows it to withstand any effort regardless of how thick the dough is. The silence is given by the head with helical gears in special cast iron with steel pinion and ball bearings for the movement of the arms by a reducer for the movement of the bowl, all in an oil bath. The tank is made of thick stainless steel. The machine is equipped with two two-speed motors. It is equipped with accident prevention protection and a 24V low voltage electrical system in compliance with the law.
