The manual dough cutter is particularly suitable for cutting and forming rolled bread and pizza dough. The structure is in electrowelded steel with oven-painted finish, with 18/10 stainless steel blades, the cast aluminium head, long-lasting plates in foodstuff polycarbonate. Bread rolling system perfectly imitates the movement of human hand, for delicate dough handling. The work cycle, pressing, cutting and rounding is lever activated. The machine is on wheels and is equipped with anti-vibration feet.
