A heavy duty, technically tried and true machine designed for use in bakeries, ice-cream shops, chemical laboratories, hotels, etc. wherever mixing and whipping is needed. It has two different production speeds and it’s completely installed on ball bearings so no lubrication is required for any of the mechanical parts. Oil leakage and, therefore, pollution are absolutely impossible. The user can change the attachment without removing the bowl. It’s equipped with one whisks, one spatula, one hook and one stainless steel bowl. The machine is equipped with accident prevention features as well as a low voltage 24V electrical system in accordance with safety regulations.
