PL7 POWER
Small, compact but strong and solid. It is made of painted steel with a stainless steel bowl. Thanks to its electronic variable speed drive, it can offer a great range of speeds, suitable for laboratories, pastry shops, restaurants and ice cream shops. The machine is equipped with accident prevention features as well as a low voltage 24V electrical system in accordance with European safety regulations. It comes with a tilting head, protective grille and 3 tools: whisk, blade, hook, and a micro-switch for automatic stoppage of the tool on the head and on the bowl.

PL12
This machine has the same benefits and structure of PL7 power with larger capacity. In this version, a timer was added, but there is no tilting head.

PL7 LITE
The PL7 lite does the same job as the PL7 power, but the difference is in its structure. This model is made entirely of metal with a lifting head (using micro-switches) for disassembly of the bowl, tool replacement and general cleaning. The stainless steel 7 litre bowl comes with a protective grille. It has a variable electronic drive which allows a wide range of speed. The machine comes with 3 metal tools and is suitable for medium density, but not for very hard batter.
