This machine can knead both soft and hard dough, without warming it, for the benefit of the leavening process resulting in a better product. This soldered steel machine is very strong, holding up under any strain, no matter how thick the dough may be. Its silent operation is due to the head of the machine, equipped with cast iron helical gears and steel pinions, assembled on ball bearings. Everything is in a complete oil bath. The machine has a two speed motor. The machine is equipped with accident prevention features as well as a low voltage 24V electrical system in accordance with safety regulations.
